South East Timber & Damp Limited is a local established family run business.
The company director Mr Dean Webster has worked within the Damp Proofing, Waterproofing and Timber decay business since 1988. Over the years of trading South East Timber & Damp have built up a solid base of regular clients and have undertaken work for Kent County Council, Structural Engineers, architects, property developers and local housing associations.
Dean Webster is a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments - CSRT which is the professional qualification for surveyors developed by the industries governing body the Property Care Association - PCA.
To obtain this qualification surveyors are rigorously tested and must have a detailed knowledge of the insects and fungi that attack wood, the types of wood used in buildings and their characteristics, building structures, the characteristics of wood preservatives and damp-proofing materials and equipment and their safe and effective use together with the legal obligations.
South East Timber & Damp provide services to residential homes with damp, timber or condensation problems as well as for large building contractors carrying out multi-million pound renovation projects in the Centre of London.
Annabelle Webster runs the back office of the company, she is responsible for
the administration, paperwork, generating the reports, marketing accounting and any technical internet or website
issues. As well as having a young family of four and many pets Annabelle is dedicated to providing a personal and
efficient service with her extensive background in Customer Service.
The company runs a team of trained professionals and prides itself on client
